We are very proud to announce that CCS has been recertified at our external annual audit by QAS International and have again been certified to ISO9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Certification.
Newbury, Berkshire Apr 27, 2023 (Issuewire.com) – Cyber Consultancy Services (CCS) Ltd achieved ISO9001 a year ago, since then we have seen a continual improvement of our systems and approach to quality which has reduced internal costs through continual improvement and improved efficiencies. We are able to clearly state our objectives as a business, and quickly identify where new business opportunities are, which led to an increase in both turnover and profit.
In order to maintain our ISO9001 certification we undertook our annual audit with QAS International to have a third party verification that we are operating to the ISO 9001 standard. As a result, we are very pleased that we have passed this audit with no non-conformalities and CCS has been recertified to ISO9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems Certification.
We saw that ISO9001 was an investment, not just a cost, it was an investment in our customers, our business partners and suppliers, our company, and our future:
To demonstrate reliability and high quality of service, reduce performance risks and improve services, meet service level agreements, and assure customers that we are a quality company.
Our Business Partners and Suppliers!
Prove we are a quality company to do business with and can ensure that we can deliver quality service and solutions to our customer
Control our costs, improve our operational effectiveness, and reduce overheads.
To ensure that our business can continue to operate efficiently and effectively, prove our credentials to a global market, and grow and develop in a controlled way!
“As a consultancy company providing quality services, it was essential for us to maintain our ISO9001 certification, and to continue to grow and develop as a business” – Steve Stobo (Director)
